Hotel Information
The Pet Hotel hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and
8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday and on Sunday 8:00 A.M. ONLY for Pick-up or Drop-off.
The Pet Resort is closed on Sundays and most Holidays. Boarding facility tours are welcomed and encouraged.
Check-in and check-out for guests should be scheduled during Hotel hours. Pets checking-out by 2:00 p.m. will not be charged for that day.
A $20.00 fee will be charged for opening the Pet Resort after hours.
Hotel Requirements
Written proof that all inoculations are current and have been administered at least (7) days prior to
check-in. A Bordatella Vaccination is required in addition to the standard immunizations your pet
receives to protect against infection.
Pets with fleas and ticks are required to be treated at the owner's expense before vacationing
at PUPpourri's ® Pet Resort. Pets are checked for fleas and ticks at check-in.
Hotel Features
Dogs are exercised (3) times a day on resort grounds and enjoy play time in the exercise areas.
Felines can enjoy their stay in the Private Cat Room. Meals are provided by PUPpourri. Guests may
bring their own food if they prefer, but the room charge remains the same. Complimentary afternoon snack-break for all guests.
A fully air conditioned facility and in-floor heating keeps your pets comfortable. We have a complete air-exchange system, clean and
disinfected rooms and a security system to keep your pets safe while you are away.
Our 2 acre Pet Resort is conveniently located off Route 28 in New Kensington. One block away from the Tarentum Bridge.
Dogs are provided with clean bedding by Puppourri. No bedding accepted from home. This will allow us to keep a much cleaner resort for your pet.
Doggy Day Care
Day trips to the Pet Resort are welcomed! Day Care hours run according to Hotel hours and room rates.
Pets have access to the exercise room and are treated to an afternoon snack-break.
